Regrets
Are there any members on here that recieved the inplant and regretted it because of shortness of length, corrosion etc. Currently, I'm about to try my luck with the pills but if they dont work as well as I'd like of if the side effects are too great then I'm going to try my luck with the implant. I already know that I dont want to do injections. Just hate the thought of having to inject myself every time before sex. I much rather just get the inplant if all oral medications dont work. But, the thought of shortness of length and corrosion does scare me. Among other complications like botching my body or having to replace it several times because I am young. Only 32. Of course I'll give my body time but I'm looking into this now because I dont want to wait until I feel hopeless and make a quick dumb decision.
32 yrs old. Newly developed ed with divorce and searching for solutions.

Exhausting all the non surgery options makes sense. But just be aware that basically all the pills & injection options gradually quit working. The normal progression of e/d leads to the implant option.
Yes, if you read past posts you'll find stories of undersized implants. That is why we spend so much time talking about surgeons. Surgeons that are not invested in the satisfaction of their patients can make sizing errors. Read, study & search older posts.
Most implants have a reasonable life span. Seems like replacement surgery is easier to recover from. I personally would advise you to not live with e/d because of fear of implant life span. A common comment from implanted men is that they should of got one years earlier. That if it failed, they'd be getting a new one asap. That speaks loudly about how satisfied they are.
Your concerns are valid. The joy of a penis that actually works every time overcomes those worries.

When I speak at seminars about implants with doctors I always stress the importance of being mentally prepared for some level of disappointment with the outcome. After I give a lengthy talk about the extreme benefits of an implant I throw in how my resultant girth didn’t suit me. At this point my wife adds that less girth was the first thing she noticed but continues with her overall satisfaction despite that drawback. Sometimes a wife will want a more detailed answer, usually along the lines of wanting to know if it still feels basically the same during sex. My wife readily assures them she is very pleased. An implant is not a perfect solution but it’s the closest you can get right now. After a few months you rarely notice anything about having it and your new normal becomes the ability to be spontaneous again, with the exception of about the 30 seconds to inflate. My own personal satisfaction is very nearly 100%.
Became DaveKell 2.0 on July 18th with Dr. Allen Morey in Dallas, TX. AMS 700 CX implant. 18cm with 5.5 RTE's.

Re: Regrets
How do you feel when your partner indicates that she's in the mood? Are you like "hell yeah lets do this" and then are you "I hope I don't have issues, I hope that I can take the pill at the right time" "I hope I don't get a massive headache." I can tell you I was all of the above. I can't tell you how good it feels when the last three aren't an issue anymore because the relief is off the charts. I did lose about 1/4 - 1/2" in length and girth but I'd trade more than that if I had to. Now when my wife shows that she's wanting some sexy time, I simply go to the bathroom "to pee", pump up and I'm ready for action. No more worrying, no more embarrassment, no more side effects. I simply do what is natural. Trust me your partner will enjoy herself 10X more because, honestly she suffers from your ED as well. She feels bad for you when you have issues. Trust me once that is gone you'll both see what you've been missing, even if you one of the few % of men who lose a tiny bit of length/girth due to the implant surgery. Good luck.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.
