I haven't been on in a long time, as I have been enjoying my implants. A quick update. First two weeks after surgery were kinda rough. After first month and starting sex again, no pain and no problems. My libido went through the roof and not uncommon to have it inflated for two and three hours during sexual activity. I still cycle twice a day. I am happy with the girth and it has lengthened a little, too. I pump it up until it is uncomfortable and feels like it is stretching. I leave it like this for at least an hour or more and every few minutes I will squeeze out another pump or two to keep stretching.
Bottom line.... it is functioning great and I am extremely happy with it. Recommend the procedure and Doctor to anyone who wants to cure the ED problem. I just wish I could have done it 30 years ago. It is so great to know now that anytime, anywhere I can get it up and keep it up for as long as I or she needs to. That my friends is mental freedom after all the years of performance anxiety I had to suffer through. Best of luck to all and just go for it!!!

Re: One Year Post Surgery
Thanks for the update guys. Im just through month#1. Got the green light for sex. Back to the gym and hitting it hard. Cycling 2x daily for an hour. Getting more adept at pumping and deflating. Still feel some initial discomfort/burning but after the first few minutes pumped it passes. Looking for the day that is a memory..
Do, or did, either of you (or anyone else onthe board) feel any pain or discomfort around the cylinders during sex or masturbation? Particularly when you first started back to sex?
Appreciate any responses
Sam

Just to clarify for everyone. Was the gain in girth measured by diameter or circumfrence?
68yo, HBP at 40, high triglycerides at 45. Phimosis at 57. Type 2 at 60. Dr. William Brant May 1, 2023 CX 21cm w/no rte's penoscrotal 6" girth @ 6 months

Just a couple questions if youve experienced these Issues, and how you managed them:
1. What did you do regarding the quite common “autoinflation“ issue?
2. How long before no pain?
I am now 3 weeks out and pretty discouraged. It hurts like hell to push on the deflate button, but feels good to be flaccid (go figure). But that just last a few minutes before cylinders refill. Ive tried the quick squeeze of the bulb trick, but doesnt work and ive never noticed a “pop” as others described. It’s a shame that the pump itself seems poorly thought out and wont stay deflated.
Any feedback is appreciated

Developed Type 1 at age 43. ED started about 4 years later (~2013). Pills quit working. Peyronie’s joined the circus. Finally coloplast 18+0 9/12/2019.
