I was wondering if you guys had any tips about using the rings that go around the penis and behind the balls.
I have a few of those and find them useful, the extra support and pressure helps, but i very rarely use them since it's quite the hassle to put on.
I am not sure in what order to put them on, i figured it's best to get the balls in first and then extend the ring and fit the flaccid penis. But even then it's quite hard since i have a fairly large sack and my balls have way too much space to move around so holding them in place and getting them stay and not come out of the ring is usually painful...
Any tips and tricks?

40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Re: Cock-and-balls rings
I am a long time user of all kinds of cock rings.
Right now my go-to cock and ball rings come from here https://perfectfitbrand.com/play-zone-kit.html
This set goes from difficult to put on to almost too loose. In between I use about 4-5 different sizes depending on mood and random draw.
To your question it does depend on the size, material, and fit of the ring. Some of the smaller sizes can be a painful struggle to get on. When using a smaller fitting ring I use a ton of lube and do the "one ball at a time then the dick" method. Starting around #14 I can stretch the ring enough to get around everything most of the time. It helps if everything is warmed up and loosely hanging. It becomes easier the larger the ring but the effect I am looking for lessens.
I have put one of the larger sizes on first then added a smaller size. Having everything in place makes putting the smaller size on a little easier.

I have low hangers so my cock and balls ring gives me no support but I don't understand why you would need support. I wear the ring around my cock and behind my balls because it's more comfortable for me but the main objective is to maintain an erection not for support.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.

I have the same set (among others) that AnotherOldMan mentioned. I like the set. I also have some of the ones, as described in the original post, that combines the two rings into one piece. I don't like those. The one piece models are too much of a PITA to put on. I prefer two separate rings. The ball ring goes on first and then a larger one that goes around the whole package behind the boys.
Edit: When I wrote the above I forgot which sub-forum I was in. To have success when using the VED I have to apply the medical grade ring by rolling it off of the VED tube, otherwise I can't get a ring on fast enough to avoid losing what I just pumped up. When using the VED that medical grade ring is the only ring I use. When using injections I use the method previously described. Sorry for any confusion.

@Alanoc - By "support" i mean support for the erection. The pressure behind the balls usually helps with that, on top of the usual cock-ring action.

I agree that a cock ring behind the balls is better for erection quality then just on the shaft.

Sometimes I like to pump up, put the restriction ring on, then add a cock and ball ring around the whole package. It seems to add a little extra firmness and can make the finale a little more explosive. Does not work well when I use the foam penile sleeve as they get in each other's way.

Re: Cock-and-balls rings
A whole unit (behind the balls) ring/band has the advantage that it does not cut off circulation as much as a tight band around the base of your erection. It allows the blood on the underside of your erection to continue to flow into your erection. Accordingly, it can stay on considerably longer than a tension band ala Osbon before you lose sensitivity and need to remove it.
Before my ED got too sever, I was able to successfully use a doubled over 1/2” rubber band to maintain my erection. Also needs lubrication before applying.

I forgot to add that my experience with constrictors is this:
> Simply constricting the bottom of the shaft of the penis produces some results, but I've done better with...
> Constricting the vascular system at the absolute base of the penis, behind and under the testicles. It also feels better.
