Thanks all you kind folks for posting here. I’m still years from needing an implant - knock on wood - as Cialis is still doing a nice job. But knowing that there is a light at the end of the tunnel even after it stops is an incredible load off my mind. You all keep doin’ you, and God bless!
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

Knowledge is power. Having the knowledge that there is a viable option that can overcome ED means you don't need to live in fear of it.

When I first developed ED at age 30 over 30 years ago I felt isolated. This was before the pills and methods doctors have to prescribe today. It was before the internet had helpful info we could research. It is so helpful now to have this forum to gain firsthand information from men who have real life experiences to share. There are some great doctors out there, but unless they have had ED and had to deal with the things ED sufferers have to go through, they don’t really understand like many of us here do.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Highly recommended you read some articles on implant as a first line of treatment, I wish I had before starting pills
