MUSE with Cialis..anyone has experience?

Postby Captain1117 » Mon Nov 04, 2019 10:54 am

After spending three weeks with a mens clinic in Toronto..and six injections (none worked).
I am 44 ..generally healthy.

Finally saw an urologist. He was reluctatant to try any injections on me. He prescribed me MUSE ..500 and 1000 and told me to continue Cialis 10mg daily dosage.

Still waiting for trying the MUSE since its on back order.

Has anyone experienced combining the two?

Thanks

I tried alprostadil cream once and it didn't work for me. Maybe because I was extremely nervous and anxiety got in the way. I never tried any injections.

I also take Cialis 20 mg but only as needed, 1 hour before sex: it is extremely effective and my #1 ED treatment. The effect lasts for two days. I combine Cialis with oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg.

Cialis and phentolamine are entirely different drugs and they work sinergistically: Cialis is a PDE-5 inhibitor and increases NO levels, whereas phentolamine is an alpha blocker that stops sympathetic action in the penis.

I have used both drugs in the past with excellent results. There is, however, an increased risk of side effects: headaches, hypotension, tachycardia.

Thanks

The doctor I have seen so far hasnt mentioned that option.

Its usually Cialis/Viagara...MUSE..IC injections.

Just camne to know the pharamacy has received my MUSE 500. Will try tonight. Is there a need for a partner/arousal for it to work?

I don't know, I never tried the injections. The alprostadil cream I tried was applied into the urethra, no needles involved.

As for phentolamine, it's only natural that he never mentioned it because it's not FDA approved. It is, however, available in China and other countries. Check out my threads on oral phentolamine for ED and this YouTube video:

I got hold of MUSE 500mcg last evening.
The pharmacy just received. 1000mcg was still on backorder 22nd Nov.

Tried 500mcg..application wasn't difficult. Bit of a burning sensation after massaging which lasted around 30 minutes.
Erection did occur and lasted for around 20 minutes. It was not the best I can do. I was on 20mg Cialis too.

Has anyone tried inserting two 500mg?
