I've tried the Vitaros cream, which you are supposed to insert into your urethra, never had ANY results with it. From what i've read here, no one has ever had even half-satisfactory results with these medications, sadly.

If you are having a hard time finding an injection site you might try getting a cock ring to obtain a semi-rigid erection that allows your veins to show, then note where the MAJOR ones are and avoid them when injecting. Smaller veins shouldn't be a problem, there's probably a lot of them inside the penis and you can't magically avoid them.
