Is there a Med that Boots Libido without Using TRT?

I know testosterone trt therapy boosts libido. But is there a libido enhancing medication that enhances libido which doesnt include trt? I read somewhere that uros may prescribe a med that does that by boosting the amount of dopamine in the brain. I think the med is called HDDD or HDSS, or something like that. Do you guys know??
