Two years post Robotic surgery and one year post Hormone Therapy plus radiation for Mets in my spine. The pills don't work so my Dr gave me samples of Muse. 125 didn't do much,250 gave me about 50%.Yesterday tried 500 and nothing happened except my vision got so bad I could not see anything from right eye which I am treating for glaucoma.Today my vision is back to normal. I did notice blurry vision with the 250 but didn't make a connection with the Muse. Has anyone here had any side affects like that?
Should I assume that the injections will do the same?

Hi I have used muse 500, the alprostadil gave me 4 hours of pain in my tool and no usable erection. no side effects with vision.

By chance I discover that if I take muse 500, 5 hours before intercouse the pain will go a way in 4 hours then take cialis and the combination gave me good wood.

I switch to injection and got no side effect and 2 hours of rock solid erection.

I found a new Uro. and he tried 10mg of Edex in his office. produced about 50% erection that lasted about 1 hr. He gave me script for Trimix and I will go back 6-1-12 for trial at his office. I can hardly wait,i'm ready to become a "Pricksticker"
