Because of recent hernia surgery, I haven't had an opportunity for my wife and I to try out my implant, but I'm healing and our date is looming soon. But I've been wondering, when one is about to embark on the lovemaking journey, at what point is it best to hit the pump? Right at the beginning before foreplay? During foreplay? After foreplay but before intercourse? Inquiring minds want to know...Okay, okay, I want to know. Don't be afraid to use specific language. We're all adults here.

When do you pump up?
Re: When do you pump up?
Sounds like you're healing just fine from your recent hernia surgery. Well done! Best wishes as you try out your new toy!

Re: When do you pump up?
KM - This is Frank Talk, right? Here goes. If I pump too hard, my wife finds it uncomfortable to do oral on me, it's just too big and it don't give like it used to. When we first started using it, I left it almost flaccid for here to do that, reaching down and giving it another pump once in a while until she said, "OK, that's enough!" When we progress to the point of getting down to business, I pump more.
During our first few times, when I inserted into her vagina, I did so without trying to get a rock, just a few more pumps past what she liked for oral. Again, the issue is the implant doesn't "give" like a natural penis, at least my natural penis with its venous leak. So, even though it didn't look any bigger and in fact was a bit smaller at first, it felt big to her. As we progressed with intercourse, I would periodically reach down and sneak in another pump. She would literally feel every one. This allowed her to gradually get used to something that was bigger than she was used to.
Now, a year later, I am bigger than before surgery, and I can pump about 40 times, so it is hard. Now, she is comfortable with letting me fully pump and inserting right from the start. The best advice is, start slow for both of your sakes. You might be tender too, I was. It only takes a second to reach down and squeeze.
Have fun! (And I expect a full report, just kidding )
