Hello again.
I get the feeling that my problems are related to this.
It used to happen quite often, now it is a little rarer. Mostly after ejaculation.
Is this a turtle effect?
I attach a link with a photo - https://imgur.com/a/sX4D9yP
A penis recess is obtained which pulls inwards.
It is often combined with Hard Flacid.

Re: Is this a turtle effect?
Well I've been that way ALL my life, until my implant that is. Flaccid I was less then an inch, erect 5.5"! I hated my flaccid dick, now at 4" flaccid, I LOVE IT!
Implanted 6/26/2018, Coloplast Titan 20cm, no RTE'S, infra pubic, Dr. Rhee, Kaiser 80 yrs., married 57 yrs. ED for over 20 yrs.

(Stenlie, you should be aware that I and many/most others I am sure are not able to view your picture as it requires us to somehow prove we are 18 or over, and I can't get it to work.)

Re: Is this a turtle effect?
It looks like you have Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome. Hard Flaccid is what guys on the internet call it.
You can get over it quite quickly with proper physical therapy.
Go to www.pelvicrehab.com to find a specialist near you. Most PT's do not know how to treat this. You need a specialist.

Sorry the photo could not be seen. I attach it here.
I'm not sure you know exactly what I'm talking about from the picture itself. There is a hole above the penis that pulls inwards ...
But I don't think the penis itself shrinks. I hope you understand what I'm talking about (I didn't explain it properly)

Re: Is this a turtle effect?
I too have always had the turtle effect. When completely soft my cock is only an inch or less long, completely covered with foreskin. In fact, I think I have an over abundance of foreskin. When I inject and get a complete erection my cock is about 4 to 4.5 with just the very tip of the head showing, the rest is covered with foreskin. It does not hinder my ability to have sex, I just pull the foreskin back as far as possible then penetrate. I do have issues using condoms as my cock is broader at the base and narrower at the head, so condoms tend to slide off but my wife and I have not used condoms is probably 45 out of 53 years of marriage. I got clipped at age 22 after our two children were born.
Sometimes the turtle effect can be on the positive side. No worry about pinching from clothes, no uncomfortable pressure when wearing tight clothes or underwear. I must admit that giving myself injections is a lot harder when you don't have a lot to hold onto, but here is where the naught nurse effect comes into play. Just my two cents worth.

Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30 Wife likes it too
Re: Is this a turtle effect?
flyingduck2019, I am pretty sure that the "turtle effect" refers to men who are circumcised, whose penises have retracted enough that at least part of the glans is covered by shaft skin -- which can seem like a foreskin in a way. A man who is not circumcised has the glans covered naturally by a foreskin.
A circumcised penis with a "turtle effect" is not acceptable usually, whereas a penis that has not been circumcised has a foreskin over the glans and that is completely natural.
