New member with ED

Postby alan46 » Tue Apr 10, 2012 4:21 pm

Hi, my name is Alan. I'm 65 years old. I'm married and I have ED. I have had it for a number of years. I am still sexually active with my tongue. I try to maintain penis health through the use of a vacuum pump. he kind you get in an adult bookstore. I have tried a VED in the past but the rings are way too uncomfortable. I have kept myself in very good physical condition. I have been told that my ED is age related. My free testosterone is in the single digits but my overall testosterone is in the middle of the range and is considered normal. I keep myself active by working out at the gym and restoring antique cars as a hobby.

Welcome to Frank Talk Allen.
May I ask if you have ever considered an IPP (Inflatable Penile Prosthesis) to correct your ED?
Personally, I developed ED Post-Prostatectomy in February 2004 at age 65.
Like you, I keep physically active and both swim and work out with the weights on a regular basis.
In December 2007 I underwent the Coloplast Titan Penile Implant Procedure and, thankfully, this completely corrected my ED, after having suffered with it for 3+ years. My Implant both gave me my sex life back and also restored the emotional
intimacy with my wife of 45 years.
There are many Bionic Brothers in the FT Group, as well as, men who have had good results with Penile Injections.
I would recommend you read their Posts and ask questions. We are all ready to share our ED experiences with you.
You are among friends here --- also, try our Chat Room for some very candid conversations about ED.
Best of luck.

Bob

Alan,
I also have age-related ED, and I am treating it VERY VERY SUCCESSFULLY with Trimix injections. I suggest your read everything here on this treatment. Yeah, i know it sounds icky to poke a needle in your penis, but, believe me, your results can make the whole thing well worth the little bit of anguish.
At 73 years old, most men (in the past) had just given up on sex. THERE ARE SOLUTIONS out there these days. Erections can be the delight that lets growing older more acceptable.

Alan,

I am another very satisfied trimix user. There are several things you can do to improve erections without going under the knife. Trimix gives me wood like a 19 year old--but without the "stupid", as someone has said so wisely. Age 65 is way too young to settle for limp dick.

Best wishes,

Greg

Alan: I have been very successful with Caverject injections as well as TriMix and BiMix. All of them work very well for me. Lets talk sometime.
