Carverject expired

I have some Carverject (refrigerated) that’s probably 3-4 months past expiration date. Would anyone know if it’s safe to still use?

Diagnosed Gleason 7 12/18 at Mayo Jacksonville. Perineal prostatectomy 2/10 Residual cancer in bladder stem. 40 radiation treatments and 6 month Lupron therapy. PSA undetectable 11/20
Update: LGX 700 implant on 11/11/20 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr Broderick.

It comes premixed (with cold packs) in a vial. No powder.

Have used PG–1 that was expired and refrigerated for over a year and it worked as good as new.
Age 80 good health. Radiation prostate 28 hits 4 years ago with 6 months of horrible ADT. Good recovery and ED worse.
Can't tolerate oral drugs but 5 years of Alprostadil 40mcg/ml 25 units is a miracle for 3 hours. GF is happy!!
