ml to units conversion

Maybe using the wrong search terms--but I'm not coming up with answers to some questions--Hopefully someone can help me
My understanding is--

A typical Trimix vial contains 5 ML of product (can it be purchased in 10ML vial volume?)
then
1 ML = 100 units --so a 5 ML vial of Trimix would contain 500 units--correct?

I am injecting "35" on the syringe--I understand this to be 35 units---Is that correct? (do the markings on these syringes indicate the # of units?)

IF my stats are correct--this would mean that each 5 ML vial of Trimix would contain 500 units and thus this vial would contain 14.3
35 unit injections of Trimix (14.3 individual doses of Trimix)

Does this all add up?

yes. pretend it's insulin, which is typically 100 units per ml. If you are stable on this dose, I used to draw all my doses and freeze them. each dose will defrost very quickly, esp if you roll the styringe between your palms.

If you keep an injection log and total up all your units from each vial, you may find that you get somewhat less than a full 500 units (for 5 ml vial) or 1,000 (for 10 ml). This may be just human error from trying to eyeball those tiny lines on the syringe barrel. (Perhaps I'm slightly overfilling each syringe.)

My total for my last 5 ml vial was 442 units. Over a period of several years, my unit total has come up short 25 or more units on every vial except one. On that one, I was "long" by about 50 units. Who knows whether it's my human error or the pharmacist's?

My dosage is just 11 units, so that means I get 40-45 chances per 5 ml vial to be slightly mis-measured on filling syringes.
