18 month Post Op here
Hey guys its been a while. Had changed phones and lost this website until now. Guess i didn't look very hard but if i had problems i wold have looked all over the net. Had my surgery completed Oct 2018. Went through a lot of worry, infections, and pain but all of you did more for me than any doctor and i really appreciate that. Yep, i can keep a Boner at age 50 24/7 now if i want to. my old dick is dead of course and my implant is just as part of me as my right hand now. I don't even think about pumping, it comes natural (sorta). I have lost some libido and no longer have the sensitivity as i once did, slowed down my sex life a bit but i am older. My wife is very happen with it and that matters most. If it went bad today i would be getting another implant, wouldn't second guess it. No pills, no presex anxiety, its all good, you feel whole again. I just wished i had used a penis pump prior to my surgery and maybe i wouldn't have lost size idk. If anyone is on here thinking about obtaining a implant, do it! Thanks everyone.

Robo,
Good to hear everything is well and you as a couple are very satisfied with your implant. Hopefully, this will continue to be going good and servicing you both well.
I had my implant just 25 days before you. Implant is working well but my wife libido went down the drain.
My only disappointment is my flaccid look which never looks flaccid, always semi which bothers me a lot.
If I ever need replacement, definitely it won’t be Titan for sure.
