Hello gentlemen, what do you guys think is the most potent and effective ed pills on the market? And what are the pros and cons?

You need to try them all.
For me Viagra works good but more side effect and only last 6-8 hrs. Cialis will last 36 hrs. I take it at night and will wake up with a boner the next morning. I usually take 5mg one day and 10mg the next day. I will skip a day once or twice a week and im still good. I even see difference in Generic quality.
When I see it wont work as good I go back to Viagra for a while or mix both.

1967 model. Looking for futur options. Using Cialis or Viagra with Good/mix results with the bad side effects.

Everyone is different, reactions vary a lot.
Until recently, Cialis was my #1 ED drug but it stopped working.
I'm now taking Spedra (avanafil) and it is very effective.
Viagra worked well, Levitra did nothing.

Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
