How do you get the last part from the vial, or do you lose some anyway? Can you prefill syringes with the needle attached and freeze them? After withdrawing from vial do you change needles before injecting? How often do you change sides for injections? How do you get rid of bubbles and are some bubbles okay?

I push air into the vial with the syringe, Draw in some juice, tap to get the bubbles to the top and then push some juice back into the vial, along with the air. I then draw up my dose.

I don't think a tiny bubble is going to kill you.

Push in the same quantity (units) of air as you are going to pull up into the syringe.

As long as you are not injecting into a blood vessel, bubbles will not harm you.
