Trimix and venous leakage

I am using 40 units of Trimix and it gets me very hard. The problem I'm having is that If I penetrate someone that is tight it pushes the blood out of my penis. I can pull out and get it hard again but when I penetrate again the same thing happens. I have been diagnosed with venous leakage and I'm wondering if this is the reason I am losing the erections but regaining them when the pressure is removed. Do I not have enough blood flowing in to over come the pressure and losing blood because of the leakage?
The erection will last for over two hours if I'm not penetrating. Any ideas?

trimix used to keep me rock hard for about 2 hours.
now if I squeeze my penis, I can deflate him

Thanks for the reply's guys. Hearing that someone else is having this problem makes me feel like I'm on the right track.
When I had my ultra sound I was told I had poor blood flow and venous leakage. That's not a good combination. What ironic is that for hours after the sexual encounter is over I will be hard. After a while my dick starts aching

I got the Xialla ring and combined with Trimix I get a good erection that lasts. The only problem is if you like to get rimmed the Xialla strap runs right up your butt crack and attaches to a pad you stick on your lower back.

I've read about the Xialla but have never tried it. I wouldn't mind the strap I don't think but Silicone cock rings don't help much. They will make the erection harder but won't prevent it from going softer.

You might want to try the Xialla ring. It comes in two sizes. My girth is over 6.5 when I'm erect so I figure I'd get the big size. I've seen your pictures, Mason, so I would suggest you get the large size too. I used to wear a metal cock ring around my cock and behind my balls but my wife didn't like it when it would hit her pubic bone. The metal ones are the best if you size them right but the Xialla works for me along with .6 of the Trimix.

You are not alone. I know that doesn't make you feel any better but it does let you know that your not just imagining things. I too collapse at the crua when trying to penetrate my spose. I am currently at 20mcg caverject dosage because in eu 10 and 20 are standard dosages. I am thinking of talking to the uro about adding 5 or 10 mcg in a second injection to increase rigidity. I took 50 oral sildenafil along with the last injection and it did help some but do not want to prolong the duration too much past three hours even with a semi which is not helpful with coitus.

having the same issue since day one on pge1 and it's super annoying.
As soon as the penetrative sex begins and force is applied on the glans, the firmness in the whole shaft
will gradually drop, typically from something like 95% to 70%, sometimes even worse.
5 minutes doing something else, and the hardness is back to where it was.
Not having this issue when mastrubating.
Rings doesn't really help, they will increase girth but the rigidity will still be lacking while penetrating.
Increasing the dose from 6 mcg to 10 mcg helps but the issue then becomes the increased erection time,
going from something like 2-3 to 5-6 hours. Maybe start doing pseudoephedrine after each injection? Just all around annoying and frustrating.

Any explanation or solution to this crap short of getting an implant? @Simbarn
