tri mix dosage
I've tried trimix 3 times now. The uro wanrted the first shot to be 40 units, but I did 30 to be safer. It worked, but not super good. Next I did 40, a lot better results. The 3rd shpt was 45 units---oh yeah!! It was hard, good and stiff to really probe nicely, and after ejaculating it went down in about 7 to 10 minutes with only a very slight discomfort lasting maybe 5 or 10 at most minutes. I was very pleased. I could not help but wonder how many FT guys are that high of dose? Some of you talk of half or less that that, I must be an ED guy of nightmare proportions and did not know till now.

Re: tri mix dosage
Actually that sounds normal to me. My own experience is very similar, as I now have upped my dosage gradually to 37 units. It works, but I'm considering going to 40 next time, as my erections last only about five minutes past ejaculation, too. That's longer than they lasted in pre-ED days, wouldn't you agree? I'm assuming that our uros preferred to err on the side of caution and gave us prescriptions for the most conservative ratio for Trimix. I'm thinking of asking for an increase of the med that causes the erection, as I don't like having to use as much Trimix, especially after reading about people like Antelope who get long lasting erections with three units. Even with the Trimix costing more, it would still be a better bargain if I could use fewer units.

Hey guys,
Perhaps you should know that I won the teeny weeny contest in my freshman dorm. Maybe that's why it only takes 3-4 units...

6gun,
45u is not unheard of. But using so much means you are only getting 8 or 9 shots per bottle. Kind of sad, yes?
Also it sounds like the 45u is really at the lower limit since you go down so quick afterward, but at least it gets the job doneso congrats with that.
Maybe talk to your Uro about a double-strength mix some time in the future. (If you are aching some wit current mix then they can up the PAP or Phent ingredients and leave the PGE-1 portion alone).
Lower doses are more doses and more doses are more fun -- I always say ...

Antelope mentioned something I been curious about. Does penis size affect the size of the dose? It stands to reason that a guy with a large , thick penis would require a larger dose than a smaller guy. Any comments on this?

Re: tri mix dosage
I have a statistically low average size dick. I need 10 to 11 units to generate a 1.5 hour erection. I have read that many guys on here use much less for the same results. Perhaps, these guys can respond with their dose and comparative size.
My knee jerk opinion is that the severity of the cause of the ED (diabetes, venous leak, thyroid issues, T level, prostate condition, etc.) determines the strength of the required dose.

Well Im 5 1/2" and not very thick. I use .12 . A freind of mine who says hes large and thick uses .25. So there may be something to size and dose.
Re: tri mix dosage
I am probably 4 1/2 in long, I lost some length from my RP , I need .5 cc to do the job and gives me around 2 hrs of working time.......

I need .5 cc so this is not off base from what might be needed. I started with .15 and then just slowly worked up from there. I am glad I need that much for control purposes. Not sure why this is the correct dose for me but it really works well.

Guys,
My comment about small pecker = small dose was intended as a joke. I don't really think there is a connection. I think it depends more on the severity of the problem. The blood vessels responsible for engorgement of every penis are all tiny.
