I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and anticipating using my new super powers but have a nagging apprehension. After decades of less than stellar performance on my part Mrs. Alfa's expectations and thus libido have taken a hit. Any advice from the implant veterans? She has a Dr's appt. next week so I'm going to ask her to address the issue. I have an appt the following week with the same Dr. so If she doesn't follow through I will.

An opinion that I have is to not expect to hit the ground running. It might take some time & patience to get things moving again. It's not like she is young anymore. Maybe gage the progress by how supportive she has been about the implant.
Best advice, don't over do it with her for awhile. Give it some gentile time to ramp up.

If she's willing to work on it, you can ask her to talk to her doctor about Premarin cream. My wife started using Premarin cream, 2-3 times a week applied via applicator, vaginally. After several weeks whe got to where her libido was up and she was enjoying sex again. She's insatiable now and needs it several times a week (occasionally twice a day! ) Of course part of it may be my employing orgasm control and edging on her to get her to stellar heights of ecstasy...

I can only go by a small sample size, but I'd guess if a woman liked sex before problems arose, she'd get into it pretty quickly after implanting. That's how it worked for my wife and me.
