Hi Guys!
I posted this in the Implant Category, but decided to add it here also. While you may not need an implant now, I want to share that has changed my life, all for the better. It seems scary, but it is a Godsend that such a thing exists to help men who have tried all of the other alternatives, without success.
I have not been on this site for quite a while. I was a frequent member and contributor for several years. Like many, once my problem was solved I moved on. I am a two time Cancer survivor so this life is super important to me. I have so much to do. I trust that there are many other men who have stepped up since my departure. The blessing and curse of a site like this is it’s cyclical so there is an endless stream of fresh viewpoints and support.
It has been just over three years since my implant surgery. I have nothing but positive things to say about it. I had ED for 30 years. I desperately looked for help from the beginning but it took many doctors and years before I found one who was more concerned about helping find the cause of my problem instead of writing prescriptions. It was so frustrating to be told it was in my head, it happens to many men, etc. when I would switch to a new doctor they wanted to start at ground zero and put me through the same hoops. Thank god a great doctor finally sent me for the Penile Doppler Test that confirmed a Venous Leak. From the beginning it was the same symptoms. They just got worse over the years.
During my years with ED I could only get an erection while on my back and those weakened over time. As soon as I rolled over, sat up, etc it went limp again. As you can imagine that really limited my sex options. Towards the end of my ED years I had Prostate Cancer. That also left my penis considerable smaller. Then, on top of everything else, I developed Peyronies.
When I finally got my implant I was prepared for pain an problems. Thankfully, my recovery was easy. I only took one pain pill after returning home and that was only because I thought I might sleep better, not for actual pain. I felt what I would describe as discomfort, not pain.
I began my cycling regimen as soon as my surgeon gave me the OK. I began gentle masturbation at 3 weeks and my wife and I had sex the first time at 5 weeks. It could have been at 4 weeks but I had Scrotal Webbing removed during implant surgery so I had a long incision and more stitches. It took a week longer to heal.
Both sex and masturbation has been great. I guess sex in my younger years before ED was better but after 30 years of ED sex now is so sweet and I appreciate it so much more. My Prostate was removed so I do not ejaculate. I miss shooting my load but the upside is I still have all of the sensations. What I have noticed is the feelings are as intense as they always have been but now my focus isn’t on shooting so I feel so much more.
My cycling routine from the start was to do it twice a day. When I went to bed I either pumped up for sex, masturbation, or cycling. In the morning, as I first was starting to wake up, I pumped up and then dozed off. This allowed me to wake up with the sensation of morning wood. My surgeon said men had experienced growth from cycling for up to two years. I developed Cancer a second time during those two years and basically took six months off. After my treatments were over and I felt better, I resumed. Prior to surgery my penis was 2” at most when flaccid and about 5” hard.
Prior to shrinking from long term ED, and especially after my Prostate was removed,It was usually about 4.5”-5” soft and 6.5” hard. Now it is 6” soft and 6 3/4” hard.
I just wish I could have done this sooner and would have if I had a doctor who had helped me sooner. I have talked to many guys here who were waiting to see if a better implant would come along, but I think that is a bad idea when you don’t know what the future will be and miss a better life today.
I will check in here for a while to see if anyone has any questions or comments. Best wishes to all of you.

Looks great, Greg! If I ever needed to consider getting an implant, your pics would be a huge check in the pro column. I'd be more than content with a cock like yours!
