I've read a few things on jelqing and it seems like the craziest thing ever: you deliberately hurt your penis to make it heal and grow new tissue thus making it bigger. This is the idea, right? It may work with hair follicles (microneedling) but definitely not the penis. This is foolish, reckless and there is no sciene behind it.

Though no Independent medical studies Have been done, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence on several penis enhancement sites (Thunders, PEGym, etc) that claim jelqing, especially if combined with other exercises, does indeed increase penis size. I have used jelqing in combination with pumping and stretching and have increased length by over 3/4” and girth by over 1” without experiencing any injuries.

Thank you for sharing your testimony. I would love to add a few inches to my penis but jelqing or surgery are out of the question.

I'm part of the anecdotal evidence. Years ago, for two years I used only jelqing to increase my erect penis length by 1.5" and girth by 1". I refused to use hanging and only very occasionally used an air pump.

Jelqing may not have scientific studies, but traction and vacuum therapy do. If you want to be safe, just do those.

I need to clarify my response. I'm currently using several tools, including a Bathmate, air pump, and different methods, including some jelqing. I never jelq or use any of the tools to the point of hurting myself.
