Good evening guys, so I’ve been cycling my AMS and I’ve begin to develop a lump at the base of my IPP. As unnoticeable as it is to the eye, it throbs when inflated and is painful . It also makes sex difficult because the lump area seems to be pushing out. I’ve attached a photo / anybody have any success seeing this thing go away? Or at least the pain
My base girth is 6.2 and the rest is 5.4.

I’ve been cycling about a week now, I too have some “ lumpyness” at lower left side of penis. I am leaning slightly to the right but no particular discomfort from dick. The lumpyness is odd to touch, I have a Lgx so maybe thats it. I have my first visit w Dr after surgery next week- almost a month ago.
Fingers crossed

Consult you doctor. It seems to be too far from the base to be tubing, or the surgeon was sloppy.

Re: Pain at base (picture)
Mine started out with a small bump on the left side base also,, it turned out to be the cylinder backing out of the corporal body, and the right one was starting to come out also,, internal stitch's were placed wrong,, and there was a weak spot during healing,, they went back in and reinserted the cylinders,, said it was going to be simple,, but it wasn't,, things were infected,, and I'm still not out of the woods,, I'll find a pic of mine,, hoping you don't have to go thru what I did.

After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
