Trimix prescription change

I’ve been using trimix for about two years. I recently changed Urologists and asked my new Urologist to tweak my current formula,30MG, 2MG, 20 MCG/ML. I ask for a little harder, a little longer. He prescribed 30MG, 3MG, 100MCG/ML, with the Alprostadil making a pretty large jump from 20MG to 100. This new formula is causing an aching penis, any thoughts on the new formula.
