Yes, both, and there is a thread that discusses anal massage and another on estim. Really extensive, and trust me, both or either is awesome. Consider SOUNDING as well, often described as an internal orgasm, masturbating and massaging the prostate from a new and wonderful angle. Hope this helps.

All i have ever done is just enter estim for men or anal prostate massage or prostate hands free cumming, er tc. Lots of sites. As i have said in other threads on estim and prostate massage is that it is good with an Aneros or thin wand vibrator or someone's fingers. There are so many toys for this on the market that you should find something. As for sites, they are instructive as well as a turn on.
