What you should be doing in the first six months after implant?

Postby proctor » Thu Jan 14, 2021 10:25 pm

Though I haven’t officially hit the 6 months of having bionic dick , I want to contribute my knowledge for future implant candidates....here are my list of things
- don’t stop cycling everyday, at max 3 days of non cycling could have no bad impact on eventual size and girth
- don’t be fixated on size and girth, you will probably recover most of it
- don’t be too aggressive with sex or jerking off as your implant and your body is trying to know each other which takes some time

How is the Rigicon pump? Did you have the same issues with initial inflating and deflating that many have with either AMS or Coloplast pumps? Is it pretty rigid or is the release sticky?
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

Useful - thanks
Glad to be alive at 65 and living in OZ. RP 2015 and consequential severe ED. Tried meds (side effects!), injections 2 years (now effectiveness and injection problems) , VED (disastrous). Implanted with Titan One Touch on 12th October 2020.

These are from my personal experience though not sure if it can be extrapolated to general population.

I am almost at 2 months. When do most ppl start exercising/lifting weights again?
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I started back weight training at 8 weeks, gradually. By week 12, I was back to full strength lifting, which for me isn't super heavy.

I am going to reach 8 weeks soon and want to lift weights but honestly I am scared shitless about how much I should lift and if it will cause some problems. Do you think it is wise to wait till full 12 weeks before I start properly lifting weights?

I am sorry that I failed to respond to you, somehow it got overlooked.

I don’t have a single complain about Rigicon pumps. As I didn’t try out AMS or Titan, I really can’t compare it with those brands. But if you ask me any specific questions or concerns that are typically associated with Rigicon, I can tell you from my experience whether it applies to my pump as well or not.

Apologies once again.
