In most cases no. However a very few guys report that it helps them. I've never experienced a need or desire to do so.

I have on a fair number of occasions. My ED is caused by an RP and the pills do nothing by themselves but used with injections they allow me to use a little less juice but I think they also contribute to anorgasmia a bit.

3 how does injecting up further on the shaft compared
To the base

I inject anywhere up or down the shaft but more often just slightly below the mid point. As far as effectiveness it doesn't seem to matter. I do find if I'm too close to the base the needle jab is tougher and more painful. Otherwise, as long as I stay between 2 - 4 and 8 -10 I'm good.

2. No need to worry about oral meds anymore. Once I walked thru the Trimix doorway I quit looking back.
3. For me close to the base is a better area to inject. I believe because the cavernosum is larger there.
