While actually asleep, I would think that would be nice way to wake up, but not actually sound asleep and just pump you up w/o you knowing it.
I understand getting a hardon on demand, but while actually asleep, nah...nice thought though:) Besides, I don't care how much you trust someone, just the thought of having someone else pump you without you being there to make sure they are not actually grabbing your balls or a vein accidentally would be too much.

My wife and I haven't shared the same bed or bedroom for the past 20 years due to my untreatable Obstructive Sleep Apnea/window-shaking snoring. Since her arms are not long enough to reach me and my dick is (obviously and thankfully!) not long enough to reach her from our bedrooms at opposite ends of a hallway, it's just not happening unless we have a "date" to get together. She no longer has any hesitation to play with my balls but no inclination to pump me up. Maybe someday in the future, I'll broach the subject but today's not that day!
