Diabetes meds with trimix?

I've been using tri-mix for some time and it seems the effectiveness has declined i,use two medication for diabetes. Jardiance and Glipizide. has anyone experienced a negative affect of Tri-mix while using diabetic medicines. These two diabetic medicines are relatively new this me, I've only been using them for a couple of months and the effects of Trimix are not satisfactory at this point I'm going to increase the dosage and see what happens.
