What version pump to you have? There are the Titan Touch, OTR, and the original one (I forget the name of it).
Also, please provide some context here. How long has it been since surgery? Did your doctor tell you to deflate? Have they walked you through the deflation process?

I also have a Titan and I’m three months out. There is a learning curve and your the inflation bulb and deflate button will soften over time and get easier to use.Be patient and persistent,it will get easier!I was not hitting the deflate button at first and finally realized it was on the opposite two sides. If it’s not deflating try the other sides of it.You will learn to make it work,a lot of it is trial and error.Every week will get more comfortable and easier to use!Good luck!

The other info would still be useful, but here's how you find it...
First, find the bulb of the pump. Starting at the tip of it, slide or walk your fingers up until you reach something hard and blocky. You will kind of need to push or slide your testicle or any skin or swollen tissue aside to feel things precisely. Once you're at the blocky part right above the pump, try feeling 360 degrees around it. You should find that it's roughly rectangular...what you want to do is identify the longer section of the block. If you feel the ends of the longer section, you should feel a little divot, a concave area. The button is directly opposite from that.
What I generally do is find the concave (sunken in) spot on the block with my index finger, then place my thumb at the other side. You should be able to slide your thumb around that side and feel out the edges of a circle. In the center of that circle is the button.

Here's a video showing the model of the titan touch pump that your doctor SHOULD have given you before having you deflate. Your doctor also SHOULD have personally witnessed you deflating before allowing you to inflate yourself.
Anyway, here's the video: Titan Touch Pump
Hope it helps!
Edit: Seriously though, call your doctor please.

Coloplast pays for a Customer Liaison to answer just such questions. Call him/her and he/she will walk you through the process.
You already paid for this service when you bought the implant. Use the resource.
