I had my first penile implant surgery in Europe in Sep 2019. It was total disaster. Doctor implanted Titan 20cm, which was seriously undersized. He was supposed to be excellent surgeon. Also he made 2 incisions, separate incision to place a reservoir!! And he placed reservoir very close to exterior, so all the tubing and everything was more noticeable. Also my recovery was like 2-3 weeks i was in pain, like i had a hernia surgery or something because of 2 incisions and the way how messy he did everything. As i said, total disappointment and disaster. Left tip was also shorter then right one, which made my glans tilt down/left, because of also undersizing glans didn’t have almost any support!
I waited about a year to fix this. After reading many reviews here, i decided to see this wonderful man and expert dr Eid. And i live in NY so it was convinient for me. As soon as he saw what was done by first surgeon, he aggread with me on everything. He said i am undersized between 2-4cm, also for how this reservoir was placed he said “That is not supposed to be like that, you can even feel it under the skin!”. Also that he is making 2 incisions like that only in patients who had prostatectomy, not for healthy young man like me. He told me he can remove everything or if i want to save some money and if I don’t want 2 incisions again, because he would need to take it out, he can leave it there, but i said “dr Eid, please remove everything from this mess, and do it the right way how you would do if i came to you in the first place”, which i regret that I didn’t do from the beginning.
He did such an amazing job. He took everything out, and he was able to put Titan 24cm! 4cm more then first surgeon! Also he put new reservoir in much better place, much deeper, so all tubing is also much deeper, like i dont have any device in me. Also he placed pump in much better place, much more hidden then first surgeon, whose pump was also too much close to the exterior. As dr Eid said “Don’t worry, i know how you young guys like that to be, hidden behind”
. He did perfect job. Every detail. He is paying so much attention to everything. Also with first surgeon i was swollen like 3 weeks. With dr Eid i was able to start inflating on the third day after the surgery! Which is also very important. Talking about clean work and his huge experience! Just follow everything that he is saying, with his hot baths regiment and everything. He is also always available for you after the surgery, not like other surgeons that i had experience with. And i did call him with my questions lol. He even called me one time at 7pm, in his personal time, to check on me, to see how I’m doing. Talking about ethics.
I appreciate dr Eid so much as both surgeon and a person. Such a good man. After my first bad experience with other surgeon, I didn’t know that things can be so much different when you choose right person.
