A few questions and concerns

So I have posted here before, but I’ll touch on it again. I’m 38, have some sort of neurological damage I assume from ssri usage. Ever since stopping the antidepressant cold turkey two years ago I have had severe ED, numbness in genitals, and basically don’t respond to sexual stimuli, it’s super hard to get aroused. I have had some improvement over the years but it’s been minimal. When it first happened I was completely impotent. Now I can manually get an erection alone usually with enough effort but when it’s time to have sex it’s really tough to get one going before the act. My nocturnal erections have returned with time as well although they are slightly weak and I never wake up with one in the morning. The pills have worked for the most part but now are becoming less reliable. I think purely just because it requires arousal to work and that’s my main issue. I’m making a urologist appointment this week and want to try injections occasionally. Since I can still get by with the pills occasionally I just want to supplement with the shots occasionally. So for the questions. Since I will be new to it, could I go with something like adex successfully? I don’t want to jump right to Trimix. I think adex might be easy to travel with since it doesn’t have to be refrigerated. So anyone have experience with adex? Do you guys always carry that antidote injection? Is it going to cause me scar tissue even if I’m careful and hold pressure after shot? I know some use Sudafed how helpful is that? I can fly with all of this?

Thanks. Sounds like my best option. As far as keeping size I do occasionally use a bathmate. Not all the time, as I do still get some nocturnal erections and I take cialis pretty regularly. The pills still can work but I’ve lost faith in them being reliable.
