LOSS IN LENGTH
LOSS IN LENGTH
I've gotten pretty use to the injections and have dialed it down to what I need. Basically, every tick mark on the syringe is an hour of erection plus 1 hour extra. I'm happy about that but this is what I don't understand: the stuff obviously works good but it seems that I lose a little bit of length when using the injection. Girth looks good and maybe a little more than normal but has anybody else experience a lose in length? My ED is purely psychological and the pills stopped working so I think that's important to note. Thanks in advance for your responses.
Re: LOSS IN LENGTH
I don't know your ED or whether or not you get any natural erections at any time throughout the day or night. If you don't, I don't know if the erections you get from injections alone are enough to provide sufficient therapy to prevent shrinkage. Some regular use of a VED is probably also a good idea. I doubt I do the VED therapy near enough as it is a PITA.
Otherwise, I think the proper dose of injection, for those that it works well for, gives a full size boner. If I use more than necessary, yes I will get a bit harder and bigger, and risk an overly long erection and possible ache.
Yes, I do believe repeated injection use does increase girth, as does regular VED use. No, I can't cite a study.
I guess the short answer to your question would be a qualified NO.

Re: LOSS IN LENGTH
Yes I will sometimes have spontaneous erections at night as well as I masturbate and can get them on my own....but nowhere to the level of the shot. When I dont masturbate for a while the spontaneous erections are more frequent and stronger. The porn has screwed me up and my advice for anyone looking at porn is to run far away from it. It will screw up your head to where you really can't get erections without it.
Going back to the original subject, I just noticed that my length seemed a little smaller (shorter) on the shot then with the pills (at least when they worked). Just my observation.

Boneback, that sounds like a venous leak.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

That always freaks me out. We got a "venous leak" but wake up to rock hard erections. WTF?
TRIPLE P SUPERMIX (30-2-50)
Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phentalomine 2mg/ml - PGE1 50mcg/ml
(+ 0.15mg/ml Atropine)

Re: LOSS IN LENGTH
I get erections when I sleep, not as much as I used to, usually weak, sometimes strong, it depends on how I sleep, if I get up and walk around I lose it quickly.

Re: LOSS IN LENGTH
I've lost 4-5% in length using Trimix, enough so that my wife notices. (I've noticed for years that women seem very sensitive to small changes in penis size!) Diameter seems unchanged. Compared with being soft though, I can't complain.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Re: LOSS IN LENGTH
Yeah i also experience this. My injected erections are shorter than my Cialis injections, but much firmer and stronger.
I'm not sure why that's the case tbh or if i should expect the same length from an implant.

I agree totally with this. Before implant surgery the length of penis is measured using an injection. As several guys complain about the loss of length after the surgery, it is not a surprise to me.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.
