Flat penis ever get better?

6 weeks post op and I’m grateful for an easy recovery, my glans still engorging, and not losing any length. But, my spongy tissue around the urethra does/has not engorged (it did prior to surgery) and I lost 2 1/2 centimeters of girth. (15 1/2 to 13 cm). Penis looks girthy from the top but I went from a burrito to a hot pocket...

Anyone ever regain girth (with a Titan)? I don’t see how cycling will make it better....
Sensation is very different than before and can’t help but imagine this shape would be less satisfying to a woman.

With that said, a functional flat penis is better than girthy unreliable penis but I certainly don’t feel like I’m bionic or a Superman....

Didn’t take any. No point in looking back. I’ve read that many men gain girth with the Titan so if you have smaller or average girth you are probably fine. I knew that I would lose some of my above average girth but didnt expect this much...

I’m on the same boat! Very concerned about girth. Implanted March 15 and have been cycling but, my penis looks flat from the side and I pray that goes away! It makes me feel a lot smaller. I also got the titan model.

Hi , yes overtime you wil round out nicely. When I first got activated I was more flat than round, especially when I was in a situation that I would normally be unable to perform. After my ED BRAIN gave up and I no longer feared failure I noticed my penis seemed to fill more with blood, I guess this is the spongiosum , now after 3.5 years post surgery I have noticed a few things. First my penis has evened out over time, meaning it got thicker girth toward the glans and thicker over the entire penis. It feels more fleshy in general, and I can sometimes get a penetrating erection without pumping but alas it goes back down. In other words I got back what I had before the surgery. With that being said, when I had the surgery I was not impotent but could not maintain the erection. I do remember asking my wife at activation did it seem flatter and she said she didn't notice any difference. As a joke I once asked if she preferred my pre-implant penis and she said have you lost your mind, your performance is way better now and you're no longer sweating all over me from the viagra!
Give it time you are going to love it by week 12!.

I was in the same (leaky) boat as you. I saw the iceberg ahead so I decided to do the surgery before experiencing shrinkage. I hope it won’t take 3 1/2 years to see improvements though... I look down and it just doesn’t look like me and it doesn’t feel like me.

After reading all the bad outcomes on here I’m certainly not ungrateful for the amazing skill and kindness of Dr. Eid. But in consultation with four surgeons, I don’t recall anyone saying there are THREE “tubes” that make up an erection and we are only augmenting TWO. I just wasn’t prepared mentally for the flat shape. Would that have changed my decision? Unlikely. But I would have tempered my expectations and read other’s posts about the AMAZING TITAN SEX through a different lens.

Hi Wunhunglo, one thing you might like to try is wearing a cock ring with the implant. You may find this give more tumescense to the glans and spongiosum, and actually the penis as a whole, reducing the 'flat' look and adding back some girth... If you try, do let us know how it goes! I've got my implant next Friday and am also concerned about losing girth. Just seems like a bit if a lottery, some guys losing, others staying the same and some gaining! Thanks, Toby.

Thanks for the recommendation but it didn’t make a difference. Maybe I’ll try 100 mg of Viagra before pumping.
