There Really is a $12,000 Implant Option

Postby k.b.marino » Mon Jul 23, 2012 4:50 pm

Hey Guys, I had a followup with Dr. Drogo K. Montague of the Cleveland Clinic in beautiful Cleveland, Ohio. I got my AMS 700 LGX on June 28th 2012. I got a bill in the mail Friday for about $44,000. After talking to Angel B. In the urology patient financial department, my next bill will read $11,900. Nice chunk of change saved. This is for real. The Clinic also has a financing program to cover the cost of surgery. You need to have a job, have a valid social security number, if you have ever filed bankruptcy, it must be discharged. One last qualification, you must be in good standing with U.S. Bank. You can private message me for more details.
Age 46, Type 1 diabetes since age 6. Northeast Ohio here Tried orals, injections-single agent, bimix. AMS 700 LGX on 06/28/12 at the Cleveland Clinic by Dr. Drogo Montague
