ED at 3.5 years post-RPP

Hi Guys,

Haven't posted for a while.

I'm probably as good as I'll ever be in terms of ED. 3.5 years ago (May 2009) I had my prostate removed...both nerves spared. The orals did nothing. In December of that year, I tried trimix. I was on a course of constantly reducing dose and one ER visit and a close 2nd call for priapism. My final dose of standard trimix was less than 0.02 mL...barely measurable.

Now, I can take a 20 mG Levitra and cut it into 4 or 5 and have 100% with each small bit. Without it is hit and miss.

My ED doc was great and helped me through this.

I hope this will bring some hope to some of the prostate cancer surgery guys. My ED Uro said I was in a group of about 25% that trimix helped jump start things to the point where orals works.

I still get some heartburn and flushing even at that low dose of Levitra, but it is worth the outcome. Also, I have found I can take a 1/4 to a 1/5 of a 20 mG Levitra...wait 20 minutes and have a light snack. That doesn't seem to reduce the effectiveness of the drug, but reduces the flushing and heartburn.

Again...there is hope and I wish everyone good luck in their journeys.
