25 years old, psychogenic ED, is vacuum device acceptable?

My ED is messing my head up so much I can barely find the strength to go ahead living.
It has been 2 years since I last got sex, mediocre sex since I’m having severe performance anxiety.
The situation has become so critical that I’m on SSRI now because I was ready to commit suicide.
I’m taking cialis 5mg every other day and masturbation is fine most of the times, although this nightmare is ruining my life.
I’m now dating a nice girl, she is 20, beautiful and I’m falling in love. But when I get out with her my anxiety is out of control, thus I’m sure that even with 100mg sildenafil I would not be able to get an erection. Since I do not want to stick a needle in my penis I was thinking about VED… is it really unacceptable for sex when you are 20/25 years old?
I mean.. is it so different for the girl?

Man, I don’t know what to tell you but I am also young with severe ED. I was on the brink of suicide but anti-depressants pulled me up.
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

Get a good VED and cock ring that should sort you out, well give you a erection that you can have sex with.

I’ll try with viagra and a ring. If this is not enough I’ll definitely go for VED 8-) .
In fact, if she loves me I do not see the problem of using VED. Actually, love is much more than an hard dick…

you may well find that using a VED you may finish up with a bigger dick, sure she will like that.

Yeah… what makes me sad is that I can masturbate but I’m always very anxious. VED and Rings should save me with a girl even if my anxiety makes Viagra ineffective.

I would try with a high dose of any pde 5. 30mg of tadalafilo or 20mg of vardenafilo. The VED could injury your penis if you pump so much. Don’t take this risk.

-Erection problems since 4 years
-I did jelqs and it is posible I injuried, but I hace to say that ED episodes began before I did jelq.
-Having sex with 30mg of tadalafilo

Really? I though VED was a secure stuff..
