cialis and viagra?

I used 10mg cialis yesterday with good effect, much better than tadacip generic. The result was still less potent than sildenafil 50-100mg. Would 20mg cialis work better? Should I rather consider something like 5mg cialis daily, and add 25-50mg sildenafil as needed? Also tapering off of zoloft at the moment (SSRI).
35 gay male, top/vers. ED complicated by long-term SSRI and quetiapine use as well as smoking previously. Currently on 5mg cialis daily. Also tried sildenafil 25-100mg on demand, all successful.
