Re: Sex headache
Things that cause boners can cause headaches. The reactions that make your penis tissue swell up can also make your sinus tissues swell up, which can cause pressure in your head and create headaches.
This is why viagra gives you boners, but also stuffy nose and headaches.
The opposite of that is antihistamine allergy meds. So those might help your headaches, but they will also make it harder to get an erection.

44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

…if you get severe headaches after orgasm you need to let your MD know. In some cases cerebral aneurysms is a cause. Not to make you worry but it can occur. CT scan or MRI can rule that out.

Yes, you should consult your doctor on the issue as it can indicate something serious. However, it is my personal experience and understanding that guys can experience this issue for a time in which it does not indicate anything serious and will eventually resolve itself after awhile, which could be a good while. Been there! This, my opinion, is non-professional advice. I have absolutely no medical credentials. Ask your doctor.
