How often do you inject?

Hi all,

Just recently started with Trimix injections and so far it has been somewhat successful. I was wondering how often do you guys inject? I am especially interested in hearing from long time users. I've read that you should only inject 3 times a week and that you should do it every other day. I assume this is to avoid scarring? Has anyone injected twice within a 24 hour period? Say you had sex in the afternoon and then wanted to do it again the same night.

Also I have the following mix: Prostaglandin E1 5.88ug/ml, Papaverine HCl 18mg/ml, Phentolamine Mesylate 0.6mg/ml

Is that considered a weak mix? I injected 15 units and it gave me hard on for about 45 mins or so. Whereas Edex 20mcg gave me about a 2hr erection.

I have never injected twice in one day, but it would not concern me to do so. I have have injected Trimix approximately twice per week since June 2019, without scarring or other side effects. Getting the "cold storage" technique perfected is an on-going challenge.

I'll let you compare our two formulas (see below), the ratio and components are not the same.

Thanks for the responses guys.

First time I tried Edex, it was a 10mcg cartridge and it gave me a painful erection. However, the next few tries it was a bit more tolerable. The last one was 20mcg and it really worked out great. But like you, my insurance doesn't cover Edex so I am on Trimix now. I had a feeling it was a weak mix since the 15 units only gave me about 30-45 minute erection. Ideally I would like to go for about 2hrs. I guess I will I try 20 units next time.

So is there a reason why you chose monomix over trimix? What are the main differences between the 2?

I wonder why did my uro offer me Trimix instead of mono when I mentioned that Edex was working well. As I understand it, the other ingredients in Trimix is what causes the possible scarring? Seems like I should really go for monomix then. Damn, I should've checked on here first. lol

I looked up the compounding pharmacy that provided me with the trimix online. It's some place located in NJ. At their website, the have this listed:

Prostaglandin E1 Injection Solution 20ug, 40ug

This would be monomix?

I am actually located in NYC. The compounding pharmacy where I received my trimix is in NJ. Anyway I will use up the trimix that I have now but I will definitely ask about monomix next time I'm at the doctor's office. Does seem like the way to go.
