So frustrated. Injections fail more times than not.

I started injections a few years ago with mixed results. Eventually I hit a dry period and just went back to daily cialis with 20mg hours before activity. It works okay enough for penetration, but I cannot last long. Still goes down most of the time without stimulation.

Recently I've given injections another go with a different compounding pharmacy and I am 0/2 at the moment. I use an autoinjector because I have an essential tremor and shaking while you have a needle in your dick is no good. I just cannot seem to muster up the courage to try it without the auto injector.

Part of the problem is I'm a huge grower and very veiny. I can get some arousal then try to inject. The 9 and 3 positions are difficult to find places without veins (especially large enough to account for a little slop in the autoinjector). When I inject I often get a little blood. I'll hold pressure on it with an alcohol pad and there will be a little spot of blood, but it can take half an hour before it stops oozing blood. I don't think I hit a vein, but maybe it didn't puncture the tunica? I started with a lower dose, but I'm on 20MCG/30MG/2MG which is a pretty strong mix. I used 14-16 units before, I'm starting with 8-10 because I don't want to overdo it with this mix. I don't know if it's just not enough or I'm not penetrating the tunica. I've also wondered if it does go into the right place, but because I'm partly aroused when injecting then lose my erection shortly after most of the medication goes back into the blood stream.

It just seems injections are too unreliable to be practical. Especially since I don't have a regular partner that is aware of my issues. I don't want to go down the implant route at my age for various reasons. Some people like it and more power to them, but I don't want to. I wish I could get to the point where injections worked reliably.

When I was using injections it was with an auto-injector too. Had the same issues after a while, inject and sometimes it would work, sometimes not. The size of the needle makes a difference I'm sure. With an auto-injector you probably want 5/16" and not 1/2" needles. Deeper to get to the tunica because the injector uses up just a little length.
After pills and injections stopped working, there was only one road left to travel. I know you said you don't want to go implant yet but believe me it has been the best thing I've done for me & the wife.

I know you said you didn't want to go down the implant route for your own reasons, and I respect that but I will still give my short testimony. I'm 31 and also tried inspections for a few months but never ever got very good results, and hated the pain and prep time. I've had my implant for 6 months now and love it. Wouldn't go back to injections if I could. I can have sex whenever and women don't seem to notice.

Again, I know you've thought about it, just wanted to put it out there that if you do decide you have truly hit the wall with injections, there is another great solution out there.

I don't use an auto injector but I'm a grower and I had to switch from a 1/2" needle to a 5/16". After that I got a lot more reliable results. Might be what you need to do too.
It could also be that injections may not be the answer for you. Many men go straight from oral medication to an implant. Good Luck.

I do the 5/16 but found one that uses the full length of the needle. The downside with the 1/2 is it's a larger (thicker) needle.

I feel like people are trying to sell me an implant here haha. I don't want one at this time. Plus I'm very large (huge grower). I go from normal size flaccid to about 7.75" long and 6.25"+ in circumference erect, I doubt they have implants in that size and if I were to get one do I just have all that extra skin just hanging there?

injections are awesome except for the ache.
i suggest you get over your fear. my hands used to shake like crazy. the more you do it that fear and trembling completely goes away.

i wouldn’t get an implant if injections work.

as for size they absolutely make implants for your length.
you may lose girth but you could get filler after an implant to bring it back to normal.

I find it strange that so many guys with implants feel the need to go to the non-implant sub-forums and discourage guys from pursuing alternatives other than implants. If guys are interested in implants they know where the "Implants" sub-forum is and have probably already checked it out just out of curiosity. I'm guessing it's mainly a case of guys who have made the final permanent decision trying to justify their decision by convincing others. I don't know. I'm not a shrink.

I wouldn't know but they might make your size. If you are interested it sure would be worth checking in to it.
