Looking for pump recommendations

Hey all, been a while since I last posted. I was wondering if anyone has any penis pump recommendations. I don't need it for an erection but for therapy to treat my early peyronies. What should I get? Would a water pump be safer/more effective compared to an air pump? Should I get a pump with a release valve? What should my price range realistically be, I'm planning on the neighborhood of between $100-$250. Should I get a bathmate? Also, how safe is regularly using a pump for ten to fifteen minutes a day? I understand stopping pumping at any resistance but is there any other tips or practices to ensure best safety? Also is long term use going to pose an issue down the line? I would love to hear tips and feedback, your feedback is appreciated.

Hi,I would recommand a Soma unit with the 3 cylinder, I've use a Soma unit now for 4 years and had no problems for pleasure or therapy you can't get much better, also they do a XL & XLL cylinders for the larger penis.

For therapy purposes, I don’t believe you need a medical grade VED. I have had good success with a LeLuv air pump system, including a vacuum gauge for safety and control. Costs about $80.

You do need a properly sized cylinder.

I’ve had the Post T Vac for several weeks. The manual pump is just fine…don’t bother with the battery version. Initial results encouraging.

I like the Adorime battery pump with auto-sensing pressure regulator. It's only ($50) so compared to other options a pretty low-cost thing to try out. On Amazon.

What Musson said, don't waste time with expensive med grade pumps. I use an $18 dollar manual pump I bought off Amazon. My pump has a quick release valve, like any pump you use should have, but does not have a gauge. Since you want to pump for health (like me) there's no reason to pump more than a 1/4" -- 1/2" larger than your current bone pressed erect length, and no more! I feel that when you start stretching your dick beyond that, that you're not only hurting your skin and internal tissues, but you're also your overall sensitivity, that's been my observation, and the observation of others whose posts I've read on FT.

There's a lot of information on here regarding pumping for penile health, look at the different posts and decide what sounds legitimate for you! We're all here to "improve" our penile health, not destroy it, so choose what you do, and how you do it wisely. If you need anything else feel free to post, or PM me.

If you are just pumping for exercise, you can use a cheap VED from Amazon - just be careful not to over pump especially if you're on blood thinners. I use an inexpensive battery powered VED because I like the cycling feature. Depending on the setting, when vacuum drops below your setting it automatically increases the vacuum again. For actual intercourse, I use a Timm Osbon ErecAid Classic system which I really like. I found their rings the best for my need and their VED makes positioning two rings, which I require, very easy and fast to use. I also have a Vacurect VED which I used for a while. I was able to place one ErecAid ring on it and put the second ring on a 2" PVC nipple to be applied after the VED was removed. That was slower and more difficult although the pump did work great. The Vacurect rings, which were easy to apply, did not work for me. Bottom line: There are so many options for VED's, you jest have to find what works best for you thru reading
what others have done and experimenting on yourself.
