Desperate Need of Help!! Which of These is Best fof Libido?
Hi guys.. I'm desperately trying to increase my libido which is low. I have read about phentolamine, PT-141 and Apomorphine. Would you guys please tell me which of these is best to boost libido?

I would love to know the answer to that myself
I had a RP in 2016 and a year later My psa started to rise resulting in having 37 sections of radio therapy. 2021 Testosterone replacement stopped due to psa rising again. Oncologist says most likely coming from a malignant source. I am at my wits end.

Depending on specifics don't rule out cannibis (probably sativa not indica strains).
No answers, but some color. The apomorphine can't be used in conjunction with a PDE5 so that rules it out for me. The phentalomine is usually part of a direct penile injection but has been studied for oral (sublingual?). PT-141 seems to be getting more "airplay" here but I guess that doesn't rule the others out. You've probably already seen some threads where flavio has opined on these (he is legend in many ways!).

ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

I think the first thing would be to have your testosterone level checked.
I'm probably older, but T is essential for my libido.
A side effect is shrunken testicles in some of us (me).

Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
