Does anyone here do any RV traveling? We just retired and got a new fifth wheel and are going to start traveling.

We just got our new cedar creek 39’ fifth wheel as the wife just retired, we are going to start traveling the southern states as so as it starts getting cold here in California, we’ve only taken it to our local nudist resort lately. Can’t wait to travel

We had a 30' V-lite and towed it with our Dodge Hemi just fine. Loved it but moved and no place to store it so we sold it. Dang it! :( :(

Yes, we have a 30 ft travel trailer that we used about 5 weeks for lodging during my Arizona/Dr. Blick surgery. Worked out well. We also have an older pop-up that we enjoy using in to more difficult areas or when we want to pull without a HD truck. We use the travel trailer for get-aways at the lake usually, but were hoping to travel more before the fuel prices went crazy.

39 ft is like hauling your house. have you weighed it out at the scales yet? it is nice to know where your weight is distributed. What part of Cal are you in?

I started with an older 350 dually. I haul now with a 2001 2500 ram. Does just great. 19,500 combined weight. Rv275 injectors for more power and a special built Mojave Green automatic. Dont sweat the weight police. Grew up pulling 79,000 lbs with 220 horsepower.
