23yo gay male. Suspected venous leak. Currently on Viagra / Cialis, both certainly help but not confident enough to be a top. Let's see what the future brings - I'm here to face it.

Gentlemen,
I'm almost 3 years post implant and, yes, I pump it up for all the usual stuff.
And... I just like exercising it just because it feels good, like early morning or late at night.
I say if you have one...pump that bad boy up...you don't have to fuck with it or whack it off...just pump it!!!

Retired and married to a nympho so it gets used daily, sometimes I just leave it pumped up and let her use it through out the day.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
