now wearing underwear after healing

Hello,

I've not had surgery yet. At home watching television and such, I normally do not wear underwear. I like the freedom. After completely healed from surgery is this still possible or is there a constant "tug" feeling or lack of support or will underwear be necessary forever?

Your glans will be rubbing more with the larger flaccid. Like when wearing levi jeans. I go commando when inside most of the time in sweats or just nude.
