Trimix and orgasm

I have been using Trimix for about 4 years with general
success, but experienced a loss of penile sensitivity
which as prevented intervaginal orgasms (anorgasmia).
I read on Frank Talk that Trimix can be the cause.
A few days ago, I cut my dose in half (0.1 vs 0.2 ml)
and had a similtaneous orgasm while coupled with my
wife! My erection was just about as hard as with the higher
amount. I do, however, use the Giddy cock horseshoe
which retards venous leak thru the dorsal vein.
This may be why the recommendation is to use the
minimum Trimix volume.

Had you had much experience with other cock rings before trying the Giddy? I find a decent quality silicone cock ring from a good sex shop works well for me. The giddy looks interesting but it’s expensive. I couldn’t decide if it was worth trying it due to the high price.

I’d love to hear your experience with the giddy vs other cock rings.

GoodWood, I have limited experience with other cock
rings although I've tried 2 or 3. I like the Giddy since it
compresses the dorsal vein to limit venous leak, is horseshoe
shaped with the oval design not compressing the arteries,
and a little open space at the bottom (depends on strength of
tension band holding bottom under tension). This allows
easy passage of ejaculate. Sizing is critical. I use a
smaller model when not injecting Trimix and the largest
when injecting Trimix.

Yes, I've tried 2 or 3 circular ones but prefer Giddy which compresses dorsal
vein, doesn't compresses arteries, and doesn't restrict ejaculation.
Sizing is critical. I use size C when not using Trimix but size D with
Trimix.
