We need more information. When was your surgery? What method, penoscrotal or infrapubic? What device and size was implanted? If we know more, some men may be able to help.

I was not exactly numb but very painless for at least 10 hours. Also I have a permanent numb spot near my incision

I was slightly numb for the first day and after that the incision area was pretty much numb all the way across and radiating out and to my left side as the incision was a little offset to the left assuming to aid in placing tubing around penis and down into scrotum..been almost 9 weeks now and the numbness is still there about half the area it was originally just around the actuyscar area and to the left of it above the tubing going into my scrotum

I think that is quite normal for most guys after surgery. My numbness went on for at least a year so be patient.

I’m at 5 weeks post surgery; penoscrotal incision. The underneath of my shaft is still numb. I hope it goes away after awhile. Usually, after surgery there’s some numbness around the area that eventually goes away.
