Longevity Technique for IPP

Postby 1Roofer » Wed Jul 20, 2022 10:24 pm

I’ve recently had my 3rd surgery close to 2 years ago. My first implant was the Titan Implant with the Genesis pump. It failed after 9 months with a lot of use. The first revision I had just the bulb & tubing replaced which lasted 7 months. This was also the Titan Genesis pump. This pump was prone for failure since the silicone being used was apparently outdated & was not supposed to be used for IPP production.

The next revision I utilized the Titan One Touch rendition. I’ve used Dr. Hakky for every surgery & do believe that he is on the cutting edge of his craft. Amazingly I still have great natural engorgement. I sought out the IPP because of venous leakage.

From my short journey I have learned that the cylinders help rigidity & with good natural engorgement I have been able to keep my IPP pumped up to about 35% or so & I can utilize my penis with just the partial inflate & natural engorgement.

I have regular sex & have an incredible sexy girlfriend & I have been able to periodically cycle my IPP just to keep the inflate/deflate pin lubed up so it doesn’t stick.

I believe that the idea of erosion can be ruled out because when I’m not having sex or aroused my cylinders are not protruding too far to the end of my penis.

My penis performance has been incredible & with 35% inflated & natural engorgement I’ve been able to use my cock like a semi malleable.
Implanted by Dr. Hakky on August 6th, 2018 Coloplast 22 cm. Genesis pump failure 8/17/19. Revision 9/10/2019. Genesis pump failed 2/27/2020 while having sex. Second revision scheduled 4/7/2020 with new Titan One Touch pump instead of Genesis

That's great to hear. Do they still make the titan with the genesis pump? Can I ask why this was chosen first 2 times when it was known to be prone to failure? Anyone know of reliability issues with OTR?

Coloplast senior engineer told me about how they had used expired silicone for the bulb/pump

Hakky says the one touch is the best pump on the market

I'll agree with that. If I pump up to max on mine, seems my glans is completely devoid of blood and feels small and pointy. Only partial pumps it tends to let more blood get down to the glans and looks a bit more natural

Do you use the cock ring at the base of your shaft? Are you not afraid of damaging tubing?

Are you in Little Rock? That’s where I live
