ED, What is wrong and How it can be reversed?

I was diagnosed with ED six months ago. I used 5mg cialis and l-arginine for a month. That made me a lot better. Earlier I used to get erection only when lying on my back. After using Cialis I started to get hard while standing, sitting and lying down. I remember I tried jerking off and was discharged without erection. My current situation is that I get 100% hard with jerking off and my ejaculation time 2-3 minutes. A few days ago I met my girl friend but I didn't get hard, i did alot of foreplay with her but i got 40 percent hard on. I don't know why that is. Is 100% hard possible if I have a venous leak? Should I get an implant or what else should I do?

VL is the cause for ED. It can't be reversed, sorry. Viagra had just hit the market when my ED started, it worked for a few years then failures and side effects stopped me from using it. Went to injections next. Those worked for a couple years but started failing even at high doses. A stronger pill or injections may be your next answer. An implant is forever, not reversable, the final step.
My take on pills and injections is that makes sex something you have to plan for. Kind of a mood killer for me. Since my implant sex is as good as it was years ago.

5cm of Cialis is a daily treatment and a low dose.
You have many options before thinking about an implant and should exhaust them all first.
Increase Cialis dosage or try different brands.
Try injections and or a penis pump.

Surprised no one here is talking about performance anxiety. You just said you got hard by yourself to 100% in all positions with cialis and were able to orgasm but with your gf you could barely get to 40%. Judging by your posts, there seems to be a lot of shame and anxiety related to your ED. Best to talk to your partner so you can relax a bit more.

Without knowing any more about this situation, sure sounds like Performance Anxiety.

Anxiety, and depression are huge killers of sex, for both men and women. And for especially men if you experience any form of ED.

I'm not turned on with the girl during foreplay last time. But I remember a few years ago I asked to my gf to masturbate and I got hard and ejaculated within seconds. I need sex therapy to perform with the girl. I also think that I have premature ejaculation too. Performance anxiety, somewhat physical ED and premature ejaculation is my root cause of ED.

Yes there are various causes for ED. Most of them are permanent and cannot be reversed.
