I’ve tried to research answers but not finding clarification on some items. Request for advise and question to ask my urologist on upcoming appointment. Thank you for your help. Hopefully I can help others in the future.
Penis head cool when inflated.
Inability to orgasm in any way. This seems to be improving with returning of sensation. I can get close to orgasm but not all the way. Frustrating!
Swelling right midsection of penis like a bubble. Only when using sexually. Resolves in a day or two. No itching or irritation.
Occasional pain on left side, assume it’s the healing process.
Pain down where my prostate is. Difficulty sitting. This happens now mostly when I’ve pumped it up and for a few hours afterwards. swelling is enhanced sitting on it.
When inflating my implant, 5-6 pumps and then only multiple small pumps. Like indenting of my thumb part way. I can tell my penis is responding to the multiple pumps as I get thicker and the light skin under the head of my penis stretches. Haven’t physically measured changes per number of pumps. I’ve done up to 150 small pumps without the walnut feel.
About length, damn what a difference! I wasn’t big to begin with, could the smaller pumps be resistance from my own penile flesh? I’m trying to understand the mechanism for how my length will improve of time, which many have noted here. Are you physically stretching your penis out?
Lastly are there any questions you all can think of to ask my surgeon that I’m not thinking of? I want to get the most out of this next visit.

Welcome to the site and the brotherhood. I have a 700 lgx with the MS pump and it will pump for ever with the by pass pumps. There is a bypass part of the valve that prevents over pumping. As you wrote these partial pumps are different than the regular inflating pumps. Once you are there no need to keep pumping. You are just wearing out the device quicker. You should be following your doctors instructions for cycling. You can ask the doctor about VED use or pump adding inflations. Pump adding inflations are just that but instead of continued pumping the by pass pumps you wait 5 minutes or so and add another pump or 3. But follow your doctors instructions as that doctor has more information on the surgery on you. After you are fully healed and released from the doctor you can decide if you want to try other methods. I used the long pump adding inflations after I was fully healed and had gains out past a year with my LGX. You might add to your signature if you have the CX or LGX. 21cm is considered an above average size in most cases. Average size being aprox. 5.75 inches. But we all differ a bit so you can see 2" differences in size with the same device.

ED causes size loss. Males even before we are born have nocturnal erections. This is for penis health. The tissue is stretched out with these multiple erection a day that mostly occur at night. Morning wood is one of these. When these erections stop occurring size loss begins. Some of this can be recovered. What cycling is doing is to act as these nocturnal erections and keep the tissue stretched. Most men who have a revision past 5 years from first surgery will receive a larger device. So keep cycling. That is your work now.
